Cancellation Policy

At our spa, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can accommodate all guests, we kindly ask for advance notice should you need to adjust or cancel your appointment.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments or no-shows, will be subject to 100% of the reserved service amount.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations prevent us from offering that time to other guests waiting for appointments.
